Andreas Schregenberger specializes in representing parties in complex arbitration cases and acts as arbitrator. His work focuses on international dispute resolution matters.
Since 2013, Andreas has represented international businesses, organizations and individuals in a broad range of disputes with a particular focus on construction, engineering, energy, banking, and insurance. He acted as arbitrator, counsel and secretary in over 35 arbitration proceedings involving up to over 150 million Euros of amount in dispute. Andreas was involved in cases under ICC, Swiss, VIAC, LCIA, ISTAC and ad hoc arbitration rules involving various legal systems.
Andreas studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw UZH) and holds an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center (Fulbright Fellow). He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2011 and worked in business law firms in Zurich, Vienna and Washington, D.C.
Andreas is a member of ASA, ArbAut, and the Viennese Attorney's Society UNION. He regularly publishes and speaks on topics in the field of international arbitration. Andreas speaks German, English and French.
