Audrey Duffner is specializing in international arbitration. She is experienced in arbitration proceedings conducted under the Swiss and ICC Rules.
Audrey holds a bar admission in Germany (Hamburg, 2021). She is registered pursuant to Article 28 BGFA in the public list of citizens from EU or EFTA member states who regularly represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland, under their original professional title (Zurich, 2023).
Audrey studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany). After completing her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg (Rechtsreferendariat), she passed the German bar exam in 2020.
From 2021 until 2022, Audrey was an Associate of an international commercial law firm in Hamburg. Audrey joined Gabriel Arbitration in 2023.
