Roxane Schmidgall specializes in international arbitration where she acts as party representative, sole arbitrator, and secretary to arbitral tribunals. She has taken part in several arbitration proceedings most of which were conducted under the Swiss Rules or the ICC Arbitration Rules. Roxane also represents clients in state court litigation, including enforcement and attachment proceedings as well as proceedings for international judicial assistance.
Roxane studied law at the University of Lucerne. She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2014 and practiced in arbitration and litigation ever since. She holds a teaching assignment at the University of Lucerne for a course in the fields of international arbitration and the international sale of goods (since 2020).
