Legal 500 selected Simon Gabriel for inclusion in the Power List of Arbitration Practitioners of the DACH Region 2023 (Link).
Simon Gabriel was elected as President of the ICC Swiss Commission for Arbitration and ADR and will take office in March 2023.
Axel Buhr, Andreas Schregenberger and Simon Gabriel contributed as authors to the Bernese Commentary (Berner Kommentar) on Swiss Law of International Arbitration. They commented in particular on the articles concerning the arbitration agreement, the arbitration procedure and interim measures. Simon Gabriel also contributed as co-editor to this volume (together with Marco Stacher).

On 21 March 2022, Johannes Landbrecht was appointed private lecturer (Privatdozent) at the University of Fribourg/Switzerland. He is authorized to teach private law, civil justice, private international law and comparative law. Congratulations on a well-deserved success!
On 9 December 2021, Simon Gabriel will participate in a panel discussion on “Particularities on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration Proceedings” together with Prof. Dr. Klaus Sachs (CMS, Munich) and Dr. Gerold Zeiler (ZFZ, Vienna).
